Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking candidates for a temporary Office Admin assignment in Greensboro, NC.

This role is expected to last approximately 8 weeks and is a great fit for someone with office administration, invoicing, payroll entry, and QuickBooks experience.

Position Details:

Pay: $19-$20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM preferred
Flexibility: Part-time may be considered, but Monday and Tuesday availability is required
Start Date: May 18-20
Location: Greensboro, NC
Assignment Length: Approximately 8 weeks

Responsibilities include:

Receiving, matching, and filing invoices
Entering payables and invoices into QuickBooks
Maintaining job cost files, purchase orders, contracts, and change orders
Weekly payroll time entry
Expense report support
Answering phones as needed
General office and filing support
