We are looking for an energetic, motivated Leasing Professional to join our team. You’ll help prospective residents find a place they are excited to call home while helping create the friendly, welcoming experience our current residents deserve. Naturally connect with people and enjoy helping them Have a sales mindset and aren't afraid to ask for the lease Follow up, follow through, and stay organized Communicate professionally and positively Take initiative and don't need someone directing your every move Enjoy being part of a team but can confidently own your responsibilities Are comfortable with technology and learning new systems What You Bring… Strong customer service and sales skills A friendly, professional, and confident communication style Motivation, organization, and excellent follow-through Sales experience; property management experience is a plus Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning property management software High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation Even better if you have: apartment leasing experience, Fair Housing training, NALP certification, Yardi experience, or a background in marketing. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional weekend hours based on leasing needs.
