Key Responsibilities\n

• Document therapy sessions meticulously in accordance with clinic policies and ensure compliance with all regulations regarding medical records, thereby upholding patient confidentiality.

• Utilize crisis intervention strategies when presented with urgent psychological issues, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate support.

• Participate in ongoing training programs, in-service meetings, and workshops to stay abreast of evolving methodologies and evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

• Deliver a diverse range of therapeutic services, including individual and family therapy, psychological evaluations, and group therapy sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental and emotional disorders, and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Engage in continuous improvement practices including adapting therapeutic techniques based on client feedback and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support a varied patient population experiencing an array of mental health challenges. Your clients may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more severe psychological conditions. Advocating for their mental well-being, you will be responsible for employing therapeutic techniques that empower clients to achieve their treatment goals while providing a safe and trusting environment.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in the mental health field.
