Consultation with R&D regarding customer requirements Performing initial development runs Developing stable and capable extrusion processes Generating all documentation associated with the process Performing all validation activities associated with the process Release of the process to the Production environment Qualifications 3 AK Extrusion lines (with Conair waterbath & puller/cutter. Single layer, micro extrusion. Small dimensions. Very tight tolerances Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (in that order) 5-10 years, preferably.
