Sterile Processing Technician Lead – Inova Loudoun Hospital Full‑time (40 hrs/week) night shift, Monday‑Friday, 11:00 pm‑7:00 am. Competitive pay with additional benefits and perks. Job Responsibilities Assembles complex trays and instrumentation accurately and efficiently. Prioritizes instruments and uses critical thinking to provide solutions for OR needs. Assumes leadership and supervisory role within the department. Decontaminates instruments safely and appropriately. Ensures sterility of all processed items. Maintains instruments and ensures timely distribution to all customers. Manages instrument inventory and ensures timely distribution. Trains others to be competent in all areas of sterilization. Performs additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School diploma, GED or equivalent. Experience: Two‑year Sterile Processing experience required. Certification: CRCST or CBSPD certification from the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD).
