Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person, as appropriate, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to support clients in their healing journeys.

• Documenting all client interactions and therapeutic progress in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and ensuring all records adhere to confidentiality requirements.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss treatment approaches and share insights.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on assisting a diverse clientele, including teens, adults, and families experiencing various emotional and psychological challenges. You will engage with clients from various cultural backgrounds, respecting and integrating their unique beliefs and customs into the therapeutic process. Our goal is to create a safe and inclusive environment for clients to explore their mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to provide bilingual psychotherapy services in both English and Spanish.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly working with children, adults, and families.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a capacity for empathy and cultural competence.
\n
• Experience and comfort in using EHR software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, preference may be given to candidates with:

• Specialized training in therapeutic techniques such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

• A defined area of expertise, such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• An established practice as an in-network provider with one or more insurance panels.

• Previous experience in telehealth delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
