Software Developer Tier 2 Support

Providing full-time remote support, the Software Developer Tier 2 Support will manage 2nd and 3rd level support for full stack applications, troubleshoot incidents, and improve system reliability using data and automation tools. Key responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for full stack applications, services, and production environments Troubleshoot and resolve incidents while documenting actions and fixes throughout the incident lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate production defects and support releases and enhancements Required qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in full stack software development or production support Strong front-end experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js Proficient in back-end technologies such as Java, Node.js, Go, or Python Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment practices like GitLab, Jenkins, or Docker Hands-on experience diagnosing production issues using logs and monitoring tools
