Real Estate Agent Apprentice - High Commission Split, Full Training Available

Getting started in real estate is easier when you have a clear plan, experienced mentorship, and a team supporting you along the way.

We’re hiring new and newly licensed agents who want to learn the business through hands-on training and real client experience. No previous sales or real estate experience is required.

You’ll learn how to connect with buyers and sellers, build your pipeline, show homes, write offers, and guide clients through the process from the first conversation through closing.

Training begins from day one and includes step-by-step instruction on showings, contracts, and closings. You’ll also receive one-on-one mentorship from a top-producing team and a structured daily activity plan to help you stay focused and consistently develop your skills.

Transaction and administrative support are available so you can spend more of your time working directly with clients.

A high commission split allows you to keep more of every deal you close, with both part-time and full-time options available.

We’re looking for motivated and coachable individuals who want a clear system to follow and are ready to put in the work required to build their real estate career.

You must hold a real estate license or currently be working toward obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of property listings to attract prospective buyers.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings, providing insightful tours to clients.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to draft and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
• Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system for transparency and follow-up purposes.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate market trends and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies for success.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management.
