This role focuses on successfully assisting home buyers and/or sellers through each phase of their real estate journey. Key activities include generating and receiving leads, following up to convert leads, setting qualified appointments, using phone scripts, delivering client consultations, overcoming objections, efficiently identifying and touring properties, accurately pricing properties, assisting clients in decision-making, receiving, writing and communicating offers, negotiating contracts, and delivering top-notch customer service. Responsibilities Generate and receive leads, follow up to convert leads, and set qualified appointments. Use phone scripts, deliver client consultations, and overcome objections. Identify and tour properties, accurately price properties, and assist clients in decision-making. Receive, write, and communicate offers; negotiate contracts; and provide top-notch customer service.
