We are looking for an individual that will assist in continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to help design, refine, code and test and implement processes in Salesforce.ResponsibilitiesSalesforce full lifecycle implementation experience utilizing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, preferably in an Agile environment.3 - 5 years of object-oriented programming experience: Java or C# preferred3 - 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com developer.Hands-on design and development using the Force.com platform.Significant work in Apex classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, Visual force, UI Technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS.Manage application phases of system implementation (e.g. configuration, customization, integration, data migration)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web ComponentsUse Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as DocuSign, Conga, Youreka, Survey Gizmo.The Salesforce Developer will be working within the IT team and will report directly to the IT Salesforce Platform Manger.Qualifications and BackgroundRequired:Salesforce Sales Cloud, Field Service Management, Service Cloud, and Marketing cloud product knowledge and at least 3 - 5 years of Salesforce development experienceExperience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and JavaAbility to write, interpret, and critique technical specificationsAble to work independentlyAble to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team membersAble to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholdersCertified Salesforce Platform Developer IDesirable:Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Mobile application DeveloperCompetency in other languages / development (XML, Flex, .NET, SQL, C++, SOAP-based web services,Demonstrates continued personal/professional developmentActive in the Salesforce communityBachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experiencePayTypeSalaryHiringMinRate120000HiringMaxRate125000
