AI Engineer | New York | Financial Services | Up to $120k + Bonus & Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AI Engineer to help drive the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making within a highly data-focused financial environment. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and AI, focusing on modernising business workflows through AI-powered analytics, intelligent automation, and agentic AI solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to transform reporting, forecasting, and operational processes into scalable, production-ready AI-enabled workflows. Key responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and process challenges Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, and reporting frameworks Build and refine AI agents, prompt libraries, and structured automation workflows Develop data ingestion, transformation, and analytics processes to improve efficiency and insight Ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate, reliable, and aligned with governance requirements Support testing, deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance business processes Requirements Ideally, you will have experience within Finance, Operations, Analytics, Technology, Product Control, Treasury, or a related business function Exposure to AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, RAG-based solutions, or similar technologies Experience with Python, SQL, or other scripting and analytics tools Understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, or related business processes Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions Experience automating recurring reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, or operational workflows would be advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working between business and technology and wants to play a key role in applying AI to real‑world operational and finance challenges. #J-18808-Ljbffr
