Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking an AI Solution Analyst to join a Fortune Broadcast Media & Entertainment organization at the intersection of creative thinking, stakeholder communication, and technical execution. In this hands‑on, iterative contract role, you will serve as the architect of how AI generates content – designing the prompts, workflows, and multi‑agent systems that transform loosely defined business needs into high‑quality, on‑brand output. You will bridge the gap between what stakeholders imagine and what AI can deliver, working closely with product, marketing, and content teams to bring AI‑powered content solutions to life. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrable expertise in advanced prompt engineering techniques, including chain‑of‑thought, few‑shot, and persona‑based prompting. Proficiency in Python, with the ability to execute prompts via API, modify scripts, and manage agentic workflows. Experience translating loosely defined business or creative requirements into structured technical prompt logic. Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings and recommendations to non‑technical stakeholders. Familiarity with multi‑agent systems and agentic workflow design. An interest in or background in writing, content creation, or editorial work is a significant plus – you will be shaping the voice and tone of AI‑generated content. Responsibilities Design, test, and refine complex prompts and agentic workflows to generate short‑form articles and scripts that meet specific tonal and structural requirements. Partner closely with product, marketing, and content teams to interpret loosely defined creative needs and translate them into effective AI solutions. Rapidly experiment with prompt variations and agentic configurations, iterating from vague concept to polished, high‑performing AI output. Serve as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical prompt logic – presenting results, adjustments, and recommendations in a clear and accessible way. Design and modify multi‑agent setups and workflows using Python to automate complex content generation tasks. Continuously evaluate output quality and refine prompts to ensure on‑brand, accurate, and high‑quality AI‑generated content. This role is 75% engineering and 25% collaboration. What's in it for you?
