Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess physical capabilities and limitations, resulting in well-defined treatment goals and plans in accordance with physicians' orders.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, aligned with regulatory and organizational standards.
