QA Automation Engineer
Join a forward-thinking engineering team that puts quality at the heart of product delivery. This is a key opportunity for a hands-on QA Automation Engineer to own and drive test automation across web and API layers, working remotely with a collaborative, technically strong group. You'll have the freedom to influence tools, frameworks, and best practices while helping to ship robust, scalable software at pace.
About the Role
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain automated test suites that ensure the reliability and performance of complex web and API-based applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline and improve overall product quality. Your work will directly reduce regression risk, accelerate releases, and increase confidence in production deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java for web applications.
- Implement and execute automated tests for RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman and relevant Java-based libraries.
- Create, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (e.g., data-driven, keyword-driven, hybrid) for UI and API testing.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing
