Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement with procurement teams and key stakeholders. Develop and execute account plans that drive profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and retention across a portfolio representing approximately $12 million in sales. Identify and convert new business opportunities through active prospecting, project development, and disciplined CRM pipeline management. Manage pricing, quotations, contracts, and commercial negotiations while balancing customer needs with business and profitability objectives. Monitor customer demand, industry developments, and technical requirements to anticipate changing needs and recommend relevant solutions. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and timely opportunity updates to support demand planning and business decisions. Expand the company’s share of customer spend through product adoption, specifications, bids, tenders, and other commercial initiatives. Collaborate with technical, supply chain, customer service, and finance teams to resolve issues, address retention risks, and support accounts receivable and inventory management.
