Job Description

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef in the Lone Tree area. The ideal Executive Chef is a hands-on culinary leader who develops high-performing teams, maintains exceptional food quality and safety standards, and drives sales and guest satisfaction through consistent execution and outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team focused on exceptional food quality, consistency, and safety
Drive sales and guest traffic by delivering outstanding food and creating memorable dining experiences
Partner with the Culinary Development Team to implement recipes, standards, and operational initiatives
Train, coach, and support kitchen managers and hourly culinary staff to ensure flawless execution of all menu items

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4-5 years current experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager
High volume background - must have Executive Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager experience in establishments doing over $5 million in sales per year to be considered
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Proficiency with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
