Medical Unit Receptionist - Intermediate Care Unit

Shift: Part Time Nights (7pm-7am)

Department: Intermediate Care Unit

Location: Matthews Medical Center in Matthews, NC

Performs clerical and receptionist roles to facilitate the efficient operation and maintenance of the patient care area under the supervision of the health care team members.

Qualifications Required

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience: One year of experience in healthcare, preferred.
• Licensure/certification/registration: NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Additional skills preferred: Experience with answering multiple phone lines. Basic computer skills. Excellent customer service behaviors.
