Assistant Retail and Online Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced full-time or part-time Assistant retail and online store manager to join our team! This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will be responsible for assisting the store manager with a wide range of activities including managing store floor staff, merchandising, and managing the online store.
Responsibilities:
Manage floor sales staff and personnel schedules
Merchandising, stocking, and floor operations
Manage customers and resolve customer issues
Create and coordinate marketing advertising, store and community events
Manage website, online store, and social media platforms
Assist customers, wrap, and provide full cycle sales service
​ Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail and customer service tailored to children, families, community
Proficient in MS office tools (word, excel)
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
Background or interest in web tools and on-line sales and e-commerce
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead and manage individuals and programs
High School graduate minimum
