Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
• Proactively evaluate property needs and coordinate timely, effective solutions
• Lead, coach, and motivate landscape crews to consistently deliver high-quality, on-time service
• Prepare and present proposals for landscape enhancements projects
• Represent Western Landscape Inc. at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and grow our presence

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management experience, preferably in landscaping or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience managing crews or personnel
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Spanish language skills and industry certifications are a plus

Compensation

Join a team where your performance truly pays off! Earn a competitive $75,000–$90,000 base salary , plus $10,000–$20,000 in uncapped commission , bringing your total earning potential to $85,000–$110,000+ per year .
