Stock Admin/Equity Accounting Manager

Interim Stock Administration/Equity role

Start: June 2026

Duties

• Global Equity Ownership: Lead and scale global equity programs, ensuring systems and processes are efficient, compliant, and built for growth.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure tax and regulatory compliance across global jurisdictions.
• Equity Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end administration of equity programs, including Profits Interest Units (PIUs) and Management Equity Plan Units (MEPUs).
• Compliance & Valuation: Manage Section 83(b) elections and partner with external advisors to coordinate annual 409A valuations with a high degree of accuracy.
• Systems & Controls: Serve as the lead Shareworks administrator, maintaining SOX-compliant processes and developing clear, standardized procedures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in equity accounting and administration.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail in reconciliations and root-cause analysis.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Workday and/or Shareworks preferred.
