A construction Project Manager is needed for North America's leading disaster restoration and remodeling company. Knowledge of residential and light commercial building components is required. Involves making field inspections, selling the jobs, estimating, supervising, and scheduling tradesmen, managing projects of varying size, and participating in account collections. Previous construction management and/or insurance restoration experience is required. College degree required. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

1. Practice the 10 Paul Davis Serving Basics.
2. Learn and utilize the required computer estimating system, job management software, and industry-specific technologies.
3. Maintain constant communication with property owners and insurance representatives as appropriate.
4. Schedule the completed work order to include: pre-construction on-site meeting when appropriate, sequencing, timing, master scheduling, and trades assignments.
5. Start jobs in a timely manner.
6. Secure necessary permits and schedule inspections.
7. Inspect all assigned projects for progress and work excellence. Secure and record all required documents such as work authorizations, change orders, completion certificates etc.
8. Maintain documentation on personal inspections and project flow.
9. Seek relationships with insurance professionals, tradespeople, consumers and others to help obtain more work for you and the company.
10. Maintain professionalism with project conditions: (i.e.: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople conduct).
11. Address punch list items and manage the job to a speedy conclusion.
12. Interface with other Paul Davis associates, owner and accountant regarding project progress, status, completion, and collections.
13. Professionally handle any concerns or complaints.
14. Willing to work overtime in the "emergency room of construction" 365/24/7
15. Participate in additional professional training and/or certification programs.

Understanding of fire, water, mold, and storm remediation and reconstruction.

1. Insurance restoration industry and claims process experience.
2. Residential and commercial remodeling and construction experience.
3. Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating experience.
4. Industry education and certifications - IICRC, OSHA

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
