Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, with a focus on addressing the unique dynamics and challenges within family systems.

• Designing and implementing treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs of clients, addressing issues such as grief, relationship conflicts, and stress management.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate communication and resolve conflicts among family members.

• Providing support and resources to clients dealing with several challenges, including job stress, medical issues, divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential patient records and documentation in compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n
