Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of their mental health concerns and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, ensuring each session is tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, offering continuous support and adjustments as needed.

• Deliver teletherapy sessions effectively, utilizing our telehealth platform which includes user-friendly features to enhance client engagement.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client sessions and progress, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards in your record-keeping practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest best practices and improve your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adolescents and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our client base may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is essential for this role.

• Candidates must possess advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in using Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial, alongside a professional presentation.

• Displaying warmth, empathy, and strong engagement skills with clients is vital for fostering therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth setting, is preferred.

• Experience with treatment methodologies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar frameworks is highly regarded.

• Strong comfort working independently while being part of a supportive remote team.

• Willingness to undergo training in the specific evidence-based frameworks we use, referred to as our care pathways.

Compensation and Benefits\n
