Job Summary and Qualifications Clinical Laboratory Scientist I is responsible for performing routine and complex medical laboratory tests and analyzing results. The role requires accurate results and equipment accountability. What You Will Do Process and test specimens independently, including moderate and high complexity testing. Analyze test results, correlating disease states and pathological processes. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot assigned equipment. Conduct quality control: run controls, evaluate data, document results, take corrective action. Communicate QC information to supervisor or lead technician. Develop professional skills, complete competency checklist, and meet timelines. Provide technical results to physicians, nurses, and patients; act as a resource. Qualifications High school diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of clinical lab experience. Associate’s degree from an accredited MLT program; OR Bachelor’s degree from a 4‑year accredited CLS program. We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
