Overview A law firm seeks an Estate Planning and Tax Associate Attorney in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities Prepare and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate documents. Handle probate and estate matters efficiently. Provide counsel on individual, fiduciary, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in estate planning and/or tax law. Active member in good standing of the Ohio and/or Kentucky bar. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school. Licenses and Certifications Active bar membership in Ohio and/or Kentucky. Skills Proficiency in estate planning and tax law.
