In this role you will support the evaluation, analysis, strategy, and development of policies, processes, and recommended business operations solutions.Key Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To):Supporting the development and execution of division priorities, goals, requirements, and objectivesConducting market research to maximize impact and minimize costs; manage deadlines and promote desired outcomesDeveloping and coordinating support staffing plan; recommended efficiencies; process flows and standard operating procedures office-wideManaging and reconciling meeting/engagement expenditures; integrate data into ROI metrics analysis and lessons learnedSupporting workforce development and training initiativesProviding oversight, management and development of records management and knowledge management processesAnalyzing and interpreting large amounts of program output data and information associated with Division accomplishments and measurable impactsAssisting with the identification of programmatic strengths and weaknessesSupporting the creation and development of the clients' knowledge management initiativeCarry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and ThriveLocation: You will work as part of a hybrid team in the Washington, DC metro area.Required Experience/Skills:A Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant professional experience or A Master's Degree and 5 years of experienceDemonstrated experience with cross-functional team collaborationExperience managing quick-turn requirements, tasks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced federal environment.Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute complex assignments under tight timelines, shifting priorities, and limited resources.Ability to translate formal requirements or ambiguous direction into structured work plans, workflows, tracking mechanisms, and repeatable processes that reduce duplication and improve efficiency.Experience engaging with senior government leaders, contractors, and external stakeholders across meetings, briefings, and day-to-day coordination settings.The ability to manage multiple projects and provide proposals and recommendations on content, processes, and initiatives undertaken by the federal staffAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingMust have an active SECRET security clearancePreferred Experience/Skills:Previous experience supporting the Department of Homeland SecurityStrong command of Agile/Scrum style project managementExperience with SharePoint, PowerBI, Atlassian Tools (JIRA)Don't think you have everything for this role but are still very interested?
