This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to field crews, superintendents, and project teams, driving operational excellence and maintaining high-quality standards across all jobs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all field operations, including asphalt paving, milling, grading, and related servicesSupervise and support superintendents, foremen, and field crews to ensure productivity and accountabilityPlan, schedule, and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials across multiple job sitesEnsure all projects meet company quality standards, client expectations, and contract specificationsEnforce safety policies and promote a culture of safety across all field operationsMonitor job costs, production rates, and performance metrics to ensure profitabilityCollaborate with estimating, sales, project management, and executive teams on project planning and executionResolve field issues, delays, and resource constraints in real timeConduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance and performance standardsDevelop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costsRecruit, train, and mentor field personnel to build a strong operations teamQualifications7–10+ years of experience in paving, construction, or heavy civil operations3–5+ years in a leadership role managing multiple crews or projectsStrong knowledge of concrete or asphalt paving processes, equipment, and materialsProven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field teams simultaneouslySolid understanding of safety regulations and best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Rose-Paving-LL
