Accounts Payable Specialist (NetSuite Experience)

Vaco Arizona has partnered with an organization in the Phoenix area to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist for an immediate need. This is a contract opportunity based in Phoenix, AZ, paying up to $32 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payments Assist with check runs, ACH, and wire processing Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Support account reconciliations and assist with general accounting tasks Play a key role in documenting AP processes within NetSuite Help establish and standardize procedures that the team will follow moving forward Requirements: 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience Strong background in process documentation Experience with NetSuite Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
