Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Soliant is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work in a school district starting as soon as possible in addition to the 2026-2027 School Year. This full-time contract role is ideal for professionals specializing in pediatric and school-based speech therapy, including those with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students at one school site.
- Implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet students’ unique communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and healthcare standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP credentials, including CCC or eligibility as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinician.
- Experience working in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Ability to manage caseload within a school environment and maintain detailed records.
Compensation Details:
- Hourly Pay: $55-$62
