Overview Location: Redwood City, CA (Northern California) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity A rapidly growing residential housing developer is seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of single-family residential development projects throughout Northern California. This role will manage projects from land acquisition and entitlements through construction and final project closeout, with responsibility for project budgets, schedules, and overall execution. Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of single-family residential development projects throughout Northern California. Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules; ensure overall project execution meets objectives. Qualifications 5 - 8 years of experience in development/project management (residential preferred). Strong background in development project management and coordination with design teams, municipalities, and contractors.
