NOW CFO is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the Bay Area.

This is not a desk sales role. Were looking for someone who wants to be out in the market meeting business owners building referral partnerships attending events and creating relationships that turn into long term business.

Youll have the freedom to build your network and represent NOW CFO across one of the most dynamic business markets in the country.

What Youll Do

• Build relationships with CEOs CFOs business owners investors and executives

• Generate new business through networking referrals partnerships events and direct outreach

• Develop strong referral relationships with CPA firms banks private equity firms attorneys and other Centers of Influence

• Attend and host networking events throughout the Bay Area

• Identify businesses that could benefit from NOW CFOs accounting finance and strategic consulting services

• Own your pipeline from initial relationship through close

• Partner with local leadership and consultants to deliver the right solutions for clients

Who Were Looking For

Youre a relationship builder and connector who knows how to create opportunities by getting in front of the right people.

Ideally you bring:

• 5 years of business development outside sales consultative sales or relationship driven experience

• A strong network within the Bay Area business community

• Experience selling professional services or other expertise based solutions

• Confidence working with business owners and senior executives

• A track record of generating business through networking referrals and strategic relationships

• Strong communication follow up and pipeline management skills

• The ability and willingness to travel throughout the Bay Area as opportunities arise
