Solette Seattle is a high-energy rooftop kitchen in South Lake Union—bold food, fast pace, great people. We're looking for a hands-on Sous Chef who leads from the line and thrives in service.

The Role:

• Be on the line, in the action, every shift

• 3+ years in a high-volume kitchen (CDP+ level)
• Strong skills across multiple stations

Salary Range:

$80,168.40-$85,000
