Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead process improvement initiatives within Corporate Supply Chain, focusing on Value Stream Mapping (VSM), workflow optimization, and AI-driven automation.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of project management experience in eCommerce or Retail ; customer portal experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience implementing Agentic AI, advanced automation, or software solutions .
- Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process improvement, workflow optimization, and root cause analysis .
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum .
- Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budget management, ROI analysis, and project delivery .
