What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations by:

• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on production equipment, including injection molding, extrusion, corrugation, material dryers, chillers, and sonic welders.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated assembly lines, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Assist Engineering with designing and building production fixtures.
• Support the Toolroom by troubleshooting and repairing injection molds and manual shop equipment.
• Perform facility maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC repairs, lighting, and general building upkeep.
• Coordinate repairs with outside contractors when needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance, industrial maintenance, or machine maintenance.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Skills

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience operating manual mills, lathes, drill presses, grinders, and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, plumbing schematics, and technical drawings.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to learn through ongoing on-the-job training.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Perform work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.
• Wear required PPE, including company-provided smocks and hairnets, in controlled production areas.
