Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing care standards. Key Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Current RN licensure; no prior experience required, but 2+ years of experience is preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
