Account Executive | Digital Marketing Sales Location: New York, NY Compensation: $65,000 to $140,000 per year Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday Work Location: In person We are recruiting an Account Executive for a leading European digital marketing agency that is now expanding aggressively into the United States. With over 25 years of experience helping small and medium‑sized businesses grow their online presence, this company has built a strong reputation across Europe and is now bringing that same proven model to the U.S. market through its growing New York office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to join a company with international credibility, strong market momentum, and real career advancement potential as the U.S. business continues to scale. About the Role As an Account Executive, you will connect with small and medium‑sized business owners to discuss how digital marketing, SEO, and online marketing solutions can help them attract more customers and grow their business. This is a true sales role where you will prospect new clients, manage your pipeline, conduct consultative conversations, and work toward closing new business. You will have the support of structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a leadership team focused on helping you succeed. The role offers a base salary plus commission , giving you income stability while still providing strong earning potential based on performance. What You'll Be Doing Prospecting and reaching out to small and medium‑sized businesses Speaking with business owners about their online presence and marketing goals Presenting SEO and digital marketing solutions in a consultative way Managing your own pipeline and following up consistently Working closely with the team to improve sales performance Representing the company professionally in every client interaction What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred Comfortable prospecting and speaking with business owners Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented Reliable, professional, and consistent Stable work history with strong follow‑through Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus performance‑based commission Estimated annual earnings: $65,000 to $140,000 depending on experience and performance Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching Clear opportunities for advancement as the U.S. office continues to grow This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow in sales, develop professionally, and join a proven European market leader as they expand their footprint in the United States.
