Staffing Account Manager

Job Summary A leading staffing and employment services organization is seeking a driven Staffing Account Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Corona, CA. This role is ideal for a sales‑mandated staffing professional who enjoys building client relationships, developing new business, and helping employers connect with qualified professional and high-level talent. The Staffing Account Manager will support both business development and recruiting efforts in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment, offering supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and a meaningful path for professional growth within the staffing and employment agency industry. Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive sales calls, outreach, and follow‑up to generate new business and expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and community contacts. Recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for professional and high-level staffing opportunities. Partner with internal teams to develop staffing solutions aligned with client hiring needs. Manage client and candidate communication throughout the recruiting, interview, and placement process. Support long‑term client satisfaction through responsive service, consistent follow‑up, and consultative support. Compensation and Benefits Compensation is $25.00 per hour plus monthly commission.
