Job Description Job Description Remote Sr/Manager Retail Merchandising requires: 5-10 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Space Planning, Operations, or a similar function. Experience in a large retail environment preferred (multi-store, multi-format, or specialty retail). Bachelor's degree in Retail, Merchandising, Design, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred. Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Outlook, OneDrive (shared-folder organization) and Teams. Familiarity with space planning, merchandising guidelines, planograms, merchandising principles, or fixture mapping tools. Highly Organized. Strong project management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Comfortable supporting ad hoc and urgent requests with a high level of responsiveness. Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage processes independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively. Strong team skills and proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution at scale. Duties: Own development and evolution of store setup guidelines, product initiatives, and brand flow strategies across all store formats. Conduct store visits and execution audits to ensure alignment with merchandising standards. Collect and validate store photos, providing feedback and follow-up with field teams. Act as a point of contact for field questions related to merchandising, mapping, and guidelines. Create training materials (guides, videos, presentations) to support field teams. Help streamline and simplify communications for clarity and ease of execution. Support on-boarding and ongoing training for store teams and new hires.
