Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Description

An employer is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting, sourcing, and administrative functions throughout the hiring process. This individual will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and support pre-employment activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple requisitions, and focused on providing a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels

• Conduct candidate outreach, review resumes, and assist with pre-qualification

• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication

• Manage job postings (Monday.com) and update candidate records in the ATS (Paycom)

• Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities

• Track recruiting metrics, pipelines, and requisition updates

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination

• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and resume databases

• Experience working within an applicant tracking system (Paycom preferred)

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Monday.com or similar project management system experience

• Experience supporting clinical, corporate, or IT recruiting

• Health plan or Healthcare experience
