IBCLC Lactation Consultant

Are you an IBCLC looking for an opportunity to serve moms and babies in the community? Little Sprout Lactation Care is seeking a dedicated, compassionate International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to join our team as a subcontractor representing us, covering Coral Springs and surrounding area. About the Position This position would be based out of our office in Coral Springs as well as covering home visits in Broward county. This role offers flexibility and growth potential. A passion for helping moms and babies with evidence-based lactation support. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of continuity of care as it relates to lactation and infant development. Ability to communicate to clients the importance and our role in follow up care. Availability to cover the desired areas for in-home visits as well as visits at our office in Palm Springs. Reliable transportation. Willingness to drive through out the area. We typically cover a 30-45 minutes driving radius around our offices. Newly credentialed IBCLCs welcome! Minimum one-year commitment required due to time spent on training and onboarding process, including valuable professional development opportunities. Must have baby scale. Must have laptop computer to take on visits. All disposable supplies provided (masks, gloves, shoe covers, nipple shields, flange inserts, syringes, feeding tube, etc) Important Details We are looking for someone committed to represent Little Sprout Lactation Care, grow with us, and make a long-term impact in the local community. Must be able to give minimum 3-4 days of availability each week or the equivalent to 10-15 visits per week.
