Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples and individually, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Offering specialized guidance and support on various issues affecting families, including but not limited to communication difficulties, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.
\n
• Building trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open dialogue, allowing for an understanding of underlying issues.

• Engaging with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Documenting session notes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on the latest research in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, including couples, children, and adolescents. You will address various challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
