Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Position Overview This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining efficient purchasing processes and supporting smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities • Place and manage purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal stock availability • Support purchasing processes and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency • Communicate with vendors, headquarters, and internal teams regarding purchasing status and order updates • Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, documentation, and related records • Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing data management • Support general purchasing and supply chain coordination as needed

Qualifications • Associate’s degree or equivalent (Business, Supply Chain, or related field) • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or related fields • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in a global company environment • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics operations • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
