Chaplain

Chaplain Work Schedule: 100% FTE, full-time. Day shift. 9:00-6:30pm. 8 Hours shifts. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital. Abundant career growth opportunities to nurture professional development Strong shared governance structure Commitment to employee voice Qualifications: Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Religious Studies, Pastoral Counseling, or a related field of ministry from a school accredited by a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Required Must have completed at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education. Required Completed four units of Clinical Pastoral Education in a hospital setting. Preferred Work Experience: No minimum experience required. 5 years Pastoral ministry in a church setting. Preferred 3 years Pastoral care as a chaplain in a hospital, hospice or other care facility. Preferred Licenses & Certifications: Licensed or ordained chaplain, and in good standing with their faith tradition. Required Membership (or eligibility for membership in) the Association of Professional Chaplains or the National Association of Catholic Chaplains. Preferred APC Board Certification.
