ServiceNow Automation Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise services sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Automation Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Automation Developer, you will be part of the IT Operations team supporting automation and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: ServiceNow Automation Developer Location: Jersey City, New Jersey; Tampa, FL What’s the Job? Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow automation solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom scripts. Build and enhance ServiceNow applications utilizing JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies. Create PowerShell and Python scripts to automate infrastructure, system administration, and operational tasks. Develop and manage integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and data sources. Optimize automation processes for performance, scalability, and security, ensuring adherence to compliance standards. What’s Needed? 5 - 8 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development, automation, and scripting. 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow integrations including AWS, Azure, and VMWare. Proficiency in ServiceNow data models, tables, relationships, and API development. Advanced scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python.
