Appointment Scheduler

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Appointment Scheduler to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating appointments, assisting customers by phone, maintaining accurate scheduling records, and ensuring an efficient scheduling process. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoys providing outstanding customer service. Previous scheduling, receptionist, call center, or administrative experience is helpful but not required, as paid training is provided. Responsibilities Schedule, reschedule, and confirm customer appointments. Answer incoming phone calls professionally. Make outbound calls regarding appointment confirmations. Update customer information in scheduling software. Coordinate appointment availability with internal departments. Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information. Maintain organized scheduling records. Ensure all appointments are entered accurately. Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service experience is a plus. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
