Senior Administrative Specialist - Pulmonary Care
University of Chicago
The University of Chicago is seeking an Administrative Support professional for the BSD MED - Pulmonary - Administrative unit. The role supports multiple faculty and clinical staff, manages calendars, coordinates meetings, and assists with travel, events, and financial transactions.
Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of related experience, proficiency with Oracle and GEMS, and strong communication skills within a university/clinical environment.
