At The Coca-Cola Company e very person nbsp can nbsp create a long and successful career If you thrive in an environment where you can both learn as well as nbsp collaborate and train nbsp team members then nbsp the nbsp Maintenance Specialist nbsp position may be a fit for you nbsp This position provides proactive leadership direction single point accountability and technical expertise required to achieve and sustain optimum reliability maintainability and useful life for the manufacturing facility The primary role of this position is to improve assetcapacity reliability through the elimination of repetitive failures technical support of the maintenance function and the management of appropriate Preventive and Predictive Maintenance processes nbsp What You ll Do for Us Resolves day-to-day technical problems on the production lines and ensures equipment and machinery compliance with production procedures and process specifications nbsp Repairs and maintains production equipment machinery or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process nbsp specifications nbsp responds to emergencies nbsp breakdowns nbsp malfunctions etc to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes nbsp Maintains maintenance records so that recurring problems can be identified and addressed nbsp Prepare diagrams drawings charts calculations and reports for defining reliability problems and recommending nbsp solutions nbsp Reliability data management including Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE work order failure code analysis maintenance of the asset hierarchy bills of materials technical library etc nbsp Advise provide training in and implement continuous improvement in t the company nbsp Manage and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs including systematically defining developing monitoring and refining the preventivepredictive maintenance process in pursuit of optimization nbsp Facilitate Equipment Criticality strategy formulation and ranking sessions as well as c onduct ing nbsp Failure Modes and Effects Analysis FMEA nbsp Ensure that Predictive Maintenance technologies eg oil analysis vibration analysis thermography ultrasonics online and offline motor testing etc are correctly applied on manufacturing nbsp assets nbsp Develop and implement changes to equipment maintenance plans based on failure modes historical data reliability principles and best nbsp practices nbsp Work with equipment manufacturers factory and site acceptance testing nbsp Develop short and long-term continuous improvement plans to mitigate equipment nbsp failures nbsp Design maintenance SOPs to enable employees to perform maintenance tasks and minor nbsp repairs nbsp Qualification s amp Requirements A Bachelors degree in nbsp Engineering ornbsp related field 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience minimum 3 years of equipment reliability experience nbsp preferred MechanicalElectrical experience maintaining production equipment in a continuous production environment Demonstrated Experience in Structure of a Maintenance Organization with implementation of Maintenance Planning tools Demonstrated experience in an ISO or documented nbsp environment Experience with performance management maintenance metrics for Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Experience with Industrial Electrical Writing MechanicalElectrical Devices Circuits Robotics PLC and computer nbsp controlled Experience with computer driven maintenance and planning software Experience with analysis tools to improve equipment reliability What We Can Do For You Benefits Anbsp full b enefits package that starts on day one of nbsp employment Purpose Drivennbsp Purpose driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe amp quality products Community of Belonging Were an organization that believes our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered lets you bring your best self to work Skills Manufacturing Maintenance CAM Software CADCAM Software 5 Axis CNC Computer Numerical Control CNC Programming CNC Controls Good Manufacturing Practices GMP Interpreting Drawings Cnc Turning ISO 90001 CNC Machines Six Sigma 3D Computer Aided Design CAD Microsoft Office Computer Numerical Control CNC Software Compliance Equipment Reliability Inactive CADCAM Design Measurement Tools Compliance with GMPs Leadership CNC Machine Operations Food Safety Standards CNC Milling CNC Operations Project Management Precision Measuring Tools Quality Inspections CNC Experience CNC Machine Setup Food Safety and Sanitation CNC Machining Operation Electronic Circuits #J-18808-Ljbffr
