Capital Markets Associate Attorney (3 - 6 Yrs Exp) Location: Chicago, IL, US Experience: Mid Level Salary: $215,000 - $435,000 per year Job Details We are seeking a mid‑level corporate associate to join a practice focused on capital markets and public company representation. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of securities offerings, regulatory compliance, and strategic corporate transactions, with the opportunity to work closely with both issuers and financial institutions.
