Field-Based Case Manager, Rapid Diversion Program

Project 180 – Rapid Diversion Program is seeking a Case Manager (I–III) to provide wrap-around, field-based case management for a caseload of diversion clients. The role involves engaging clients, coordinating with external treatment providers and court staff, and supporting recovery goals in alignment with program guidelines.
