Paralegal

Our client is currently seeking a Paralegal - Employment Law to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include: Support litigation attorneys with case preparation, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals. Assist with drafting, filing, and serving legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement materials. Manage electronic case files, including medical records and litigation documents. E-file court documents in state and federal courts. Communicate with clients, experts, and vendors; coordinate interviews and meetings. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Prior paralegal or litigation experience required; employment law experience preferred. Experience with employment law matters, including EEOC charges, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, or related litigation preferred. Experience with PACER, federal court filings, NYS court filings, and EEOC submissions preferred. Class action litigation experience preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of PC applications, Windows, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a professional office environment and effectively communicate with attorneys, clients, and outside vendors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
